Welcome to Sacred Symmetry in Arvada, CO — a space for nervous-system–attuned energy healing and deep restoration.

Through Resonance-based Reiki, sound and crystal frequencies, and gentle modalities of emotional clearing, I support sensitive, overwhelmed, and high-functioning individuals in calming their nervous system, restoring balance, and reconnecting with their inner steadiness.

My work is grounded, intuitive, and deeply supportive of the body’s natural capacity to re-balance and heal. Each session offers a quiet yet powerful invitation to release accumulated stress and trauma, unwind physical and emotional tension, and return to a felt sense of clarity and vitality.

Energy healing is not about fixing what is broken — it is about remembering your natural rhythm and allowing your system to come back into harmony. Sacred Rebels Gathering

There is a Sacred Rebel within all of us that yearns to live life on our terms. That asks us to break the rules from a place of love and inner wisdom.

The Sacred Rebel Gathering has been created by Kristy Riveland (Soul Water Studio) and Jamie Everton (Sacred Symmetry) in their partnership (Sacred Rebels) to bring those of like minds together and engage in deep topics. A safe and inclusive space is being created at Bean Fosters coffee shop and bookstore in Golden, CO, where souls can gather over a cup of coffee or tea and participate in fascinating round table discussions. We invite you to be a part of this amazing (and free!) community once a month. With limited attendance, reservations are required for your sacred space to attend each session. We look forward to sharing and engaging in conversation with you.
